NAME:  The club shall be called the Guinea Fowl Breeders Association. This club is part of guineafowl.com and has been since it was founded on guineafowl.com in 1999.

OBJECTIVE:  The GFBA is a non-profit group whose purpose is to promote the Guinea Fowl.  

MISSION STATEMENT:  GFBA will encourage, support, promote, and educate people as to the benefits in raising guinea fowl and provide information and support to those who own or plan to own them. 

DUES:  Currently dues are $10.00 from June 1 through May 31 and are not prorated. Dues collected are deposited in a GFBA account used for www.gfba.org, software, updates and convention expenses. No part of membership dues is used to support guineafowl.com in any way.

ANNUAL MEETING:  An annual meeting will be held each year.  Its purpose shall be education, fun and sharing among those who do raise or those who are interested in raising Guinea Fowl. Location of the annual meeting is in a different place each year.
